Generally after pouring the concrete into the mold, because the water in the sky will erode the part of reinforcing steel bar that is exposed to the sky, so the part must be cut away. But the process can not resolve the erosion problem,
The remaining part that is parallel with the wall still may be media of water erosion. With waterproof piercing bolt modular, the result can be seen in the following figure after pouring process. After removable outer coniform sleeve with plastic cover is got rid of, the remaining part is lower than the wall. So there is no steel rod that is exposed to the sky. Finally, filling the hole with concrete, there is no erosion problem.
B: Waterproof steel plate. In case some water flows into the wall through embedded steel bar the waterproof piece will stop the intrusion of water.
C screw thread: Spiral screw thread extend possible path of water erosion and interferes the flowing of water, so in other word, it slows down the velocity of water erosion greatly.
